Upgrade command

The upgrade command allows you to update your Dolphin CLI installation to the latest version available on pub.dev.

Updates dolphin_cli to latest version.

Usage: dolphin upgrade [arguments]
-h, --help                               Print this usage information.

Run "dolphin help" to see global options.
